We are very proud to present you the convention in an amazing location this year. The former prison JVA ELWE Kassel closed almost one year ago , so the prison atmosphere is still ubiquitous.
For every tattoo artist there is a cell available to work. On the cell walls every artist can perpetuate with a tattoo or logo, as the former detainees did. The most unusual or most beautiful is going to be awarded.
Outside some graffiti artists, such as Paco, show their art. As always, we have prepared a huge and interesting program, a large dealer and eating district. Martin Kesici is the moderator of the show.
